Behavioral Health Provider I

The Behavioral Health Provider I  is an Associate-level provider who works under direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, providing behavioral health therapy to patients and collaborating to support all mental health and social services within the organization.

Clinical Operations Director

The Clinical Operations Director serves as a vital member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer. In this capacity, they collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and Medical Directors to provide oversight for integrated clinical and behavioral health services. The primary objective of this role is to make well-informed, strategic, and efficient decisions to advance the organization and clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Community Health Worker I

The Community Health Worker (CHW) I enhances the quality of patients’ healthcare by providing supportive services. The CHW I has a focus on, and advanced knowledge of, Latino identity, language, and cultural expectations of healthcare systems.

Community Health Worker II

The Community Health Worker (CHW) II enhances the quality of patients’ healthcare by providing supportive services. The CHW II has a focus on, and advanced knowledge of, Latino identity, language, and cultural expectations of healthcare systems.

Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant works under the medical supervision of the Medical Provider and reports directly to the Site Coordinator, to provide direct patient assistance within the clinic setting.

Part-Time Pharmacist

The Pharmacist provides pharmacy services to patients/medical practitioners. Receives, fills prescriptions, dispenses pharmaceuticals, consults with clients regarding the nature and use of drugs, and trains and/or supervises personnel. Performs routine quality control testing procedures; prepares and maintains all necessary records required by federal, state, and local regulations. No Spanish is required.

Part-Time Phlebotomist

The Phlebotomist works in the laboratory, taking blood samples from patients and adequately labeling them with their information. They conduct a wide range of tests to identify underlying conditions to assist medical providers with diagnosis and patient care. This person will primarily work evenings on Vecinos’ mobile clinics, serving migrant farmworkers. No Spanish is required.

Part-Time Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse applies the nursing principles of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for Vecinos patients and acts as a liaison between patients, their families, doctors, and health care teams.
